General:Mains chokes are required for current limiting, suppression of mains disturbances, and commutation sags.Current limiting is preferably set to 25 times the rated current. To achieve this, line chokes with a short-circuit voltage of 4% must be used.The line reactor must be selected based on the load’s rated current.Configuration:Open, upright design, stationary, for equipment installation and mounting in dry rooms, sturdy mounting brackets for securing. Connection to creepage-current-proof transformer terminals with screw terminals. For currents above 50 A, screw-type terminal blocks or cable lugs are used.
